Lady Verlie
Lady Verlie is based on another Dana Burton tutorial (which is only available to miniDOLLlist members and readers of Dollhouse miniatures, Issue # 10 - July / August 09). She is not strictly a dolls house doll, but is actually a pincushion doll in about the same scale.
She is dressed in a cream, Dupion silk and lace dress, with a long cream and green train draped over the tea cup and into the saucer. Pink paper roses and cream pearls are scattered over the dress, her hair and in the saucer.
The shoes are painted bright gold and are enhanced with a mint green crystal on the toes.
Cream silk tassels hang from the tea cup handle.
